Third Pregnancy :: Week 15
Age of Abigail ::
2 years, 10 months
Age of Mackenzie ::
How far along:
How big is baby:
The size of an apple
Weight gain this week (followed by total weight gain for this pregnancy thus far):
0 lbs (4 lbs total)
Still, maternity clothes aren’t absolutely necessary but I’ve been wearing them because they’re comfy.
Sleep has been great. The nice thing is that some of my energy is back as well, so I haven’t been going to bed at 8pm anymore. We just started Homeland two weeks ago and we’re already on the third season thanks to the fact that I’m capable of keeping my eyes open at night now (don’t judge us – it’s the ONLY thing we’ve been watching when the girls are asleep).
Best moment of the week:
Getting crafty with the girls for Thanksgiving. I’ll try to take some pictures and write a post about everything we’ve done. Abby loves glitter just about as much as I do!
Other than having heartburn here and there, I’m feeling fantastic. Oh, and I’m definitely starting to expand.
Not much in the way of movement. At this point, I’m not entirely sure I believe I felt anything last week. If this baby is anything like its sisters, I will have months of crazy activity to enjoy.
What I’m looking forward to:
Our next appointment. I’m assuming we’ll schedule our appointment to find out what we’re having. Exciting!
I’m looking forward to that, and Thanksgiving. I’ve already made the cornbread for my cornbread stuffing, I’ll be making my savory roasted pecans later today (for snacks and for the roasted sweet potatoes and carrots I’ll be making), the table is set (I’m a little OCD when it comes to that), menus are printed, pine cones and name cards have been glitter-ized, and seats will be assigned shortly. I’m feeling excited!
What I’m nervous about:
Messing up the turkey and serving one similar to the one on my favorite Christmas movie ever, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation…
What I miss:
At the moment, nothing.
Comparison to my First Pregnancy (Abigail):
There is no comparison to my First Pregnancy…yet! We’re getting close!
Until next time,
