What a difference a year makes!
Our little pumpkin is getting so big!
So I have a confession :: we ended up not making it to the Lemos Farm in Half Moon Bay where they claim to have pony rides and train rides which I talked about last week. Sad face!!! Mommy was definitely the most disappointed, but Mommy was also the one who planned Pumpkin Patch Palooza for the same weekend as the Pumpkin Festival in Half Moon Bay. Way to go!
Traffic was INSANE and it would have taken us hours to get to the pumpkin patch I had in mind. Luckily Daddy was there to make the executive decision to turn around and find another pumpkin patch, so we ended up at Farmer John’s Pumpkin Farm ::
Abby didn’t seem too terribly upset about the change. haha
As usual, we had a great time and I have a new all-time favorite picture of Abigail ::
The wheel wasn’t turning all the way but Abigail was determined to try really really hard to make it go. Her face is priceless. Gosh, and speaking of money, we feel like we got a great deal on our pumpkin collection. We picked out 7 or 8 pumpkins and our total was $30.00! I feel like we got completely ripped off last year (although I don’t remember how much we paid…but I think it was a lot more).
Even baby Mac made an appearance in a photo with her sister and Mommy ::
And then to end the day, Abigail got a little horsey riding in at home with Daddy…they’re a couple of goofs!
All in all, Pumpkin Patch Palooza 2012 was a success and we look forward to next year when we’ll have two little pumpkins to take to Half Moon Bay!
