Second Pregnancy :: Week 33
Age of baby #1:
20 months (which will make them ~21.5 months apart)
How far along:
33 weeks
How big is baby:
the size of a durian (what the heck???)
Weight gain:
1 lb. (for a total weight gain of 26 lbs.)
Maternity clothes:
Anything comfortable, really…since I’ve been working out so much and taking Abigail to so many activities, I’ve been living in yoga pants and tank tops. It’ll be really nice to dress up for something one of these days (which I’ll get to do next weekend for a bridal shower and in three weeks for a wedding – yay!).
Stretch marks:
None.
Belly button:
Innie/Outie (still not sure)
Sleep:
Sleep has been better thanks to Abigail sleeping like an angel and our new mattress being so amazing.
Best moment of the week:
That’s tough…it was a rough week. I think the best moment was watching Ellen at the YMCA on Thursday (I think…or Wednesday) and this came on. I was that person at the gym with my headphones on, laughing out loud. It felt so good to laugh so hard. And that was by far the best 5 minutes of the week. There’s nothing like a little alone time every once in a while.
Food cravings:
None.
Food aversions:
None.
Symptoms:
1. Heartburn.
2. Red spots on my arms, chest, and face.
3. Random shortness of breath.
Movement:
Active, active, active.
Gender:
GIRL :: Mackenzie Marie!!!
What I’m looking forward to:
Having a better week. So far, so great! Travis was home longer than usual this morning (which is SO incredibly helpful), Abby’s bed arrived, we have a YMCA date at 4:00pm, as of this morning Trader Joe’s is officially carrying Spaghetti Squash again, and I’m sitting here blogging while Abby naps instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get things done.
What I’m nervous about:
Not being able to keep up with Abby as I get bigger and more exhausted and succumbing to Sprout TV as a form of entertainment.
What I miss:
Playing basketball.
Next appointment:
September 27th.
Comparison to Pregnancy #1:
