Fall 2012

I think it’s safe to say that the next 10 weeks (aka the final 10 weeks of this pregnancy) are going to fly by.  I’ve officially packed our schedule.  I don’t think Abby has any idea how much fun she’s about to have. Beginning the first week of September, we’re signed up for morning music classes on Tuesdays, swim sessions at the YMCA on Wednesday, and we’re going to end each week with a fun filled soccer class on Friday.   Abby’s been busy practicing liners for soccer ::

I have a sneaking suspicion she’s going to enjoy her new activities.

And I, the crazy stay-at-home-mom who decided to open a small business that’s actually doing well, will officially go on “Maternity Leave” as of today.  I still need to catch up on outstanding orders, but once I do, I intend to spend the next 10 weeks enjoying every second of my time with Abigail (while at the same time wanting to rip my hair out on occasion thanks to uncontrollable tantrums if we don’t go to the park every time we walk by it). 

Our days of being just Mommy and Abby are coming to an end.  It’s so crazy to think about.  But if anyone’s ready to be a big sister at the young age of 21 months, it’s this little love muffin ::

Over the coming weeks, stay tuned for the normal pregnancy updates and hopefully I’ll have some fun stories from all the activities we have planned.
