Second Pregnancy :: Week 16
Age of baby #1:
16 months (which will make them ~21.5 months apart)
How far along:
How big is baby:
The size of an avocado (which we’ll be enjoying on our burgers tonight)
Total weight gain:
0 lbs. (for a total weight gain of 7 lbs.)
Now that I’m back home in San Francisco, I’ve officially raided my maternity clothes from my first pregnancy. I’m wearing my favorite skinny jeans at the moment and I love, love, love them. Thanks to Heidi Klum for making inexpensive, cute maternity clothes for Motherhood Maternity (and if anyone knows how to make pregnancy look amazing, it’s her) – too bad I can’t find a link to the jeans…I’m not sure if they sell them anymore. I’ve once again decided that I much prefer maternity jeans that go under the belly. The number of times I have to readjust the ones that go over the belly is ridiculous! Anyway, I’m loving my skinny jeans paired with these simple tank tops from Target!
None. Fingers crossed I get away without any the second time around as well.
Innie…hoping it stays that way as well!
Sleep has been great. We’re currently readjusting to a new time zone again but Abigail did amazingly considering we’ve been in Atlanta for 20 days.
Best moment of the week:
The best moment is a secret, but the second best moment was walking into our apartment yesterday and watching Abigail say “hi” to all her pandas and toys. She was thrilled!
Frozen yogurt or ice cream paired with cookies. And after having some onion rings in Atlanta, I can’t stop thinking about onion rings.
None – I feel awesome. No complaints at all. I know Bean’s about to go through a growth spurt, so I’m enjoying this while I can.
I keep feeling like I’m noticing some sort of movement, but I couldn’t be…it’s so early!
No idea, but can’t wait to find out on June 11th at 8:30am!
What I’m looking forward to:
My appointment on Wednesday and a variety of other things.
What I’m nervous about:
Being overwhelmed with catching up on everything now that we’re back and taking care of a million new things that are about to be on my plate.
What I miss:
Atlanta. Both my family and the warmth and humidity.

Comparison to Pregnancy #1:
I didn’t make any ground-breaking notes last time, so here’s a photo of Pregnancy #1 at Week 16 ::
