Second Pregnancy :: Week 12
Age of baby #1:
15 months (which will make them ~21.5 months apart)
How far along:
How big is baby:
The size of a plum* (*I know the image you see is a kiwi, but plums are out of season so I grabbed a fruit that was bigger than a lime and smaller than a peach. Get it? Got it? Good!)
Total weight gain:
0 lbs. (for a total weight gain of 5 lbs.)
I missed my delivery from the Gap on Saturday (of course…another reason I just loooooove living in an apartment…packages can’t be left at your front door because you don’t have one), so Abigail and I will head to the post office today to see if everything fits! Stay tuned.
None. Fingers crossed I get away without any the second time around as well.
Innie…hoping it stays that way as well!
Sleep has been rough because our lovely little lady has been sick/teething/who knows what for the past few days. She’s been up 2-3 hours straight the past two nights screaming, crying, and completely inconsolable. Travis and I are POOPED out and Abigail is not herself. We feel really bad for her. Luckily, we have an appointment this afternoon to make sure everything’s okay!
Best moment of the week:
Going on a date with Travis on Friday night. We went to dinner at Street and then enjoyed Spamalot at the Orpheum Theater. The best part was that when we got home, the babysitter said Abigail did great and went to be easily. To top things off, when I walked into the kitchen, I noticed that the babysitter DID OUR DISHES!!! I was in shock. The best kind of shock, but shock nonetheless. I’m very happy with UrbanSitter so far!
- Lack of Energy: I’ve still been really tired. Abby not sleeping hasn’t helped that much.
No idea, but can’t wait to find out!
What I’m looking forward to:
Seeing Bean in another ultrasound on Wednesday. Oh, and I’m SO excited to go to Atlanta to visit my wonderful family!
What I’m nervous about:
Abigail never sleeping through the night again. Haha, I know it’s dramatic, but the past couple nights have been rough.
What I miss:
April 25th (Wed!) at 8:30am for another ultrasound and 1st trimester screening. Yay for seeing Bean again!
Comparison to Pregnancy #1:
At this point in Pregnancy #1, I was feeling great and I think I was getting close to telling my boss that I was pregnant…scary considering I found out I was pregnant the same week I got the job…oh man! Last but not least, here’s a (blurry) photo of Pregnancy #1 at Week 12 ::
