Second Pregnancy :: Week 4

Welcome to the Bump Report, Round 2!  I promise to keep it a little more organized this time around.  Weeks 4-10 have already happened, so as I mentioned earlier today I’ll just add these posts over the coming days.  Enjoy!

Second Pregnancy :: Week 4

Age of baby #1:
13 months (which will make them ~21.5 months apart)

How far along?
4 weeks

How big is baby?
A poppy seed…sooooo small!

Total weight gain:
0 lbs.

Maternity clothes:
None yet, but I’m excited to pull down my box of clothes from a year ago (and add to my collection a bit…)

Stretch marks:
None. Fingers crossed I get away without any the second time around as well.

Belly button:
Innie…hoping it stays that way as well!

Comfort wise I feel great but my mind is moving a million miles an hour so I haven’t been sleeping a ton

Best moment of the week:
Seeing a positive pregnancy test, taking a picture of it, emailing it to Travis, and hearing his reaction (“Good job, team James!”)

Food cravings:
None. I’d say chocolate, but I always want chocolate.

Food aversions:

A slowed down system, if you know what I mean. Ugh.


No idea, but can’t wait to find out!

What I’m looking forward to:
Our first doctor’s appointment and telling our friends and family (and eventually, posting these early posts!)

What I’m nervous about:
Balancing two children under 2 while continuing to grow my small business and still finding time for exercise, cooking, and being an awesome wife!

What I miss:

 Next appointment:
April 11th at 9:00am (which will be our very first appointment)

Comparison to Pregnancy #1:
N/A (I didn’t know I was pregnant at this point in my last pregnancy)
